By the end of this course, participants should be able to:1. Define imposter syndrome and its role in professional fulfillment2. Describe prevalence and pathophysiology of imposter syndrome in physicians3. Apply techniques rooted in positive psychology to overcome imposter syndrome in neurology training4. Identify the role of advocacy in overcoming imposter syndrome5. List actionable ways to advocate as trainees at the unit, departmental, institutional, and national levels6. Develop an action plan to address imposterism and expand advocacy sphere of influence utilizing resources offered by the AAN
