Learning Objectives Faculty who have been working on an initiative to improve equity for women in their neurology department will speak to data on females in academic neurology and trends (leaky pipeline), discuss what their mission and goals were in the initiative, overview of findings, and development of plans to address findings and inequities. Faculty will include the vice chair of faculty development (a new position from this task force), and three other female faculty who are part of the task force.
