The course highlights how recognition, value alignment, and everyday workplace practices influence physician well-being and professional fulfillment. Participants will review key burnout trends and insights identified in the survey and explore practical, evidence-based strategies for meaningfully acknowledging physician contributions and fostering a culture of appreciation.
