General Neurology
Expert faculty will review the complex and heterogeneous pathophysiology of this group of diseases, with a focus on the role of autoantibodies in diagnosis and prognosis. The session will also examine the contribution of IgG autoantibodies to myositis pathogenesis and how these mechanistic insights are being investigated to support the potential of FcRn blockade as a targeted therapeutic approach.
