Participants should have a greater understanding of the common sleep disorders comorbid in neurology and familiar with sleep disorders that may result from underlying neurological conditions and are directly attributable to the disorder itself or from treatment of the underlying condition.

Participants should be more confident in the assessment and management of patients who present with hypersomnia, insomnia, and abnormal nocturnal behaviors in the setting of neurological diseases.
