Participants should be able to describe the injection technique for treatment of cervical dystonia, limb dystonia, blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm, and spasticity; describe the typical dosages used for each disorder with each of the different types of botulinum toxin; and describe the typical muscles injected for each indication.
