Participants should be able to do the following by the end of the session:
1. Generate qualitative research questions and identify the appropriate steps in collecting and analyzing qualitative data.
2. Generate quantitative research questions and design a research study using a with-in subject design in order to have appropriate control groups.
3. Have an outline of a personal education research project.
