Thursday 04/21/16
01:00 PM - 05:30 PM Add To Calendar
This program will be presented both in-person and online
This program is not expected to be available in the meeting's On Demand product.
Integrated Neuroscience
Laura J. Balcer, MD, MSCE, FAAN, Steven Galetta, MD, FAAN
Neuro Trauma, Critical Care, and Sports Neurology, Neuro-ophthalmology/Neuro-otology
Participants should be able to identify features of the visual and vestibular pathways that render them particularly vulnerable to concussion, and to articulate the importance, feasibility and methodologies for incorporating vision- and vestibular-based assessments into sideline testing and concussion management. Importantly, participants will also understand the global nature of the concussion epidemic and be familiar with cutting-edge research findings that support the vision and vestibular systems as targets for diagnosis, management and emerging therapies.
No CME available
