Participants should be able to identify the characteristic nystagmus of BPPV with sufficient confidence to avoid expensive testing and to offer rapid and highly effective treatment in the office setting. Participants should also be able to understand some of the more complex issues related to BPPV, including treatment of some of the variants of BPPV.
