Learning Objectives Participants should be able to initiate a work up for acute and subacute myelopathy, initiate empiric treatment, and understand when to order comprehensive testing for vascular myelopathies. Participants will be able to differentiate classical transverse myelitis from acute flaccid myelitis and appreciate the therapeutic and prognostic implications of this differentiation.
