Upon completion, participants should display knowledge of the prevalence of depression and anxiety among people with migraine as well as the associated effects on outcomes, disability, quality of life, additional comorbidities, adherence and motivation; display knowledge and understanding of the validated tools to assess for these comorbidities and how to track changes in status as part of clinical care; and display knowledge of how to treat migraine with psychopharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment options among patients with psychiatric comorbidities as well as knowledge on how to treat or refer for treatment for the psychiatric comorbidities themselves.
