Learning Objectives Review current and late-stage emerging MS DMTs including benefit-risk profiles and DMT selection approaches. Become familiar with clinical and paraclinical factors that help identify patients at high risk for long-term disability. Recognize what constitutes optimal and sub-optimal responses to DMTs and when to consider switching therapies. Address personalized treatment decision-making in real-world practice that improve long-term outcomes.
