Interested in becoming a medical educator? The free Neurology Educator Training series is for you!

February 2, 2026

Neurology educators face a variety of unique experiences and challenges in their roles. The AAN’s aims to provide them with the tools and knowledge to not only succeed, but to thrive as clinician-educators.

Kicking off with a live online session on February 12, the series will run through mid-June 2026. Attendees can watch a set of recorded lectures, practice what they’ve learned through live sessions, and then complete a reflection survey. The live events are interactive discussions with expert clinician facilitators, providing tangible, real-world takeaways and an opportunity to ask questions and bounce ideas off others. Sessions will focus on core educational concepts, fostering the development of direct teaching skills, curriculum development, assessment, mentorship, and educational scholarship.
