This empowering and inspirational leadership program is designed to help mid-career participants tackle gender disparities head-on, create a peer network with other AAN members, and advance to the top levels of leadership in their fields and within the Academy.

Eligibility
Any certified neurologist and active AAN member residing in the US with a clear demonstration of applied leadership experience post-completion of residency* is eligible to participate. Examples of applied leadership experience could be, but are not limited to, the role of associate professor, practice/health system leader, etc. However, leadership is not confined to a specific position or title. The committee will consider applicants who exhibit various forms of leadership to ensure they are well-suited and most likely to benefit from the program.
