The AAN has negotiated a discounted rate for attendees of the AAN Fall Conference and APP Conference.
The deadline to reserve your room at the discounted AAN rate of $254/night + tax is Thursday, October 9, 2025. This rate includes a discounted resort fee of $25 with unlimited local phone calls, access for two guests to the fitness center, and in-room internet access for two devices per room, per day.

The AAN has negotiated a discounted rate for attendees of the AAN Fall Conference that is only available when booking directly with Caesars Palace Las Vegas through the Should anything happen to interrupt or affect your stay, the AAN is only able to assist those who have booked within the block. In addition, your booking within the block helps the AAN receive better terms for this and future conferences, helping to offset the cost of the conference and keep registration costs low. 
How do I make, change, or cancel a reservation at the conference hotel?
Make or manage your existing reservation at Caesars Palace Las Vegas directly with the hotel using your name and confirmation number. You may also contact the hotel at (866) 227-5944 and reference the AAN Fall Conference to make or modify your reservation. Please note that if booking or making changes by phone, an additional charge will be applied.
Is there a deadline to book my hotel reservation to get the AAN rate?
The deadline to make hotel reservations through the AAN is October 9, 2025. However, we encourage you to register early to ensure you can get a reservation at the AAN rate. After October 9, rates and rooms are subject to availability. 
If I cancel my registration for the Fall Conference, do I need to cancel my hotel reservation as well?
If you cancel your registration or change to an online-only registration, you must also cancel your hotel reservation. The hotel requires a 72-hour cancellation prior to the arrival date to avoid penalties. However, if the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the guest will forfeit their deposit of the 1st night's room and tax. When booked within 3 days of arrival, the 1st night's room and tax deposit will be non-refundable.
What is the current hotel tax rate, and is it subject to change?
Hotel tax is currently 13.38% and subject to change prior to arrival.
What’s included in the daily resort fee?
The average nightly rate and individual nightly rates presented on the website will include room rate and resort fee. The daily resort fee is $25.00 plus hotel tax and includes the following services: In-room high speed Internet each day (two devices per day), daily access to the fitness center for two, and all local calls.
Is there a child policy?
Maximum occupancy is four persons per room in existing bedding. Regardless of age, an additional nightly fee of $30 plus tax per person will apply to rooms with more than two occupants.
