Program monitors

Program monitors are needed to assist directors, faculty, session moderators, and staff in all education program offerings and scientific sessions. Monitors are responsible for helping attendees find open seats, tracking attendance, and providing general support throughout the program. In exchange, monitors receive free Annual Meeting registration. Monitors must be trainees and members of the AAN to participate.

The monitor selection site is now open. To sign up to be a monitor, please contact Erin Jackson.

Workshop volunteers

Some skills workshops require volunteers to be “patients,” so faculty can show attendees how to use the necessary equipment. Workshop volunteers must be Junior, Intern, or Student members of the AAN. Duties for volunteers vary based on the workshop itself. Volunteers must commit to the entire workshop (4.5 hours). In exchange, volunteers will have the workshop fee refunded after the Annual Meeting. All workshops will be held at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. For more information, contact Geneva Johnson.
