Abstract submissions are due by 11:59 p.m. CT on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Submission of previously presented or published work is encouraged if it is of interest to the field. 

All abstracts must be presented in person at the Autoimmune Neurology Conference in Houston.

Submission fees

A non-refundable submission fee will be charged for each abstract submission. The fee is based on the first author’s training and member status. 

• AAN members: $50
• Nonmembers: $100
• Residents and students: $10 

Disclosures

All abstract authors must have a complete disclosure statement on file by 11:59 p.m. CT on Monday, May 11, 2026.

Notifications

Notification emails will be sent to the first author on the abstract in early June. First authors will receive a code to extend the early registration rate as an abstract presenter. If the presenter needs to be changed, please email Katie Anderson after notification emails have been sent.

Accepted abstracts will be under embargo until July 31, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET.
