The AAN has negotiated a discounted rate for attendees of the AAN Autoimmune Neurology Conference that is only available when booking directly with Marriott Marquis Houston through the Should anything happen to interrupt or affect your stay, the AAN is only able to assist those who have booked within the block. In addition, your booking within the block helps the AAN receive better terms for this and future conferences, helping to offset the cost of the conference and keep registration costs low. 

Make or manage your existing reservation at Marriott Marquis Houston directly with the hotel using your name and confirmation number. You may also contact the hotel at 713-654-1777 and reference the AAN Autoimmune Neurology Conference to make or modify your reservation.

The deadline to make hotel reservations through the AAN is Thursday, July 16. However, we encourage you to register early to ensure you can get a reservation at the AAN rate. After July 16, rates and rooms are subject to availability. 

If you cancel your registration or change to an online-only registration, you must also cancel your hotel reservation. The hotel requires guests to cancel at least 72 hours before their arrival date to avoid penalties. If the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before the arrival date, the guest will forfeit their deposit of the first night's room and tax. When booked within three days of arrival, the first night's room and tax deposit will be non-refundable.

Hotel tax is currently 13.38% and subject to change prior to arrival.  

The $25 nightly destination fee has been made optional for AAN attendees and will not automatically be added to your room fee. If you choose to add it to your reservation, it will include a $25 daily hotel food and beverage credit to use at restaurants on property (excluding Xochi), daily access for two guests to the Altitude Rooftop & Pool experience and Texas lazy river, and enhanced in-room Wi-Fi access. Marriott Bonvoy Members Gold Elite or higher will also receive a daily breakfast pastry at Texas T.

Maximum occupancy is four persons per room in existing bedding. Regardless of age, an additional nightly fee of $30 plus tax per person will apply to rooms with more than two occupants. Some rooms are able to accommodate cribs and/or roll-away beds on request.

The AAN does not validate or reimburse for parking at conferences. On-site parking is available at the Marriott Marquis Houston for $15 hourly or $50 daily. Valet parking is available for $70 daily, and off-site self-parking is available at Avenida North Garage – 701 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston, TX, 77010.
