Registration and badge pick-up
Pick up your badge at the registration desk on level 4 outside the Texas Ballroom near the entrance to Texas C starting at 7:00 a.m. Friday, August 7. Registration support will be available throughout the meeting.

Attendee meals
Breakfast: Served Friday from 7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m. in the Texas Foyer.
Lunch: Served Friday and Saturday in the exhibit hall from 11:45 a.m.–1:25 p.m.
Coffee breaks: Coffee is available with breakfast and lunch each day as well.

Lactation and prayer rooms: Private rooms for nursing, pumping, and/or praying are available for use during the conference. Visit the registration desk for access to these rooms. 
Dietary requests: The daily attendee lunch always includes one option that is vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free. Kosher and halal meals must be special-ordered and noted on your original registration form. Contact registration to determine availability.
Speakers/presenters
Speakers or presenters with materials or a presentation to upload can go to Speaker Ready in Westchase during these hours:
- Friday, August 7: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, August 8: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
